My name is Tommaso and I am a holistic therapist and yoga teacher. I was born in Florence in 1980, on the 30th of November, in the year of the Monkey according to the Chinese horoscope, which represents resourcefulness. Graduated in Philosophy and Theology, for 7 years I was a monk in a religious community led by Gian Vittorio Cappelletto, enlightened Jesuit, following the desire to find existential answers in spirituality. Thanks to this period I learnt and deepened techniques such as meditation, yoga, complementary medicine and an oriental approach to the solutions of physical and spiritual problems.
In 2012 I began my study of shiatsu at Shiatsu Ki school of Florence and in 2013 I learnt trigger points therapy and took a certificate in Yoga Fit with CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale). In 2014 I began my education in Thailand, Chiang Mai, at ITM School in traditional Thai massage. In 2015 I graduated to Shiatsu Ki school and I started to work as a massage therapist at Asmana Wellness World and at my own studio.
In 2015 I studied Hawaiian massage Lomi Lomi Nui with Stefano de Michino and Swedish massage with Libero Gianpiero Pollicino. I specialized my shiatsu technique with a lot of workshops: shiatsu for pregnancy, shiatsu for back pain, Iokai techniques (with Haruhiko Masunaga), and many more. In 2016 I went to India to deepen my yoga practice with Tribe Yoga at Rishikesh and in Thailand to finish my education in traditional Thai massage and specialize in Lanna Thai (advanced stretching) and in Thai foot reflexology.
During my two years and a half of staying in Dublin, I worked in the two most famous Thai Massage Centre, I taught Yoga at Complete Fitness and Holistic Nurture and in the meanwhile I trained as Tuina massage therapist at INMI.
I currently live in Athens.
