What is lymphatic drainage massage?

Lymphatic drainage massage works on the lymphatic system using soft manipulations which stimulate the circulation of the lympha. The purpose is to drain the excess of stagnant fluids from the tissues and to oxygenate them, which lessens the swelling of legs, feet, hands and face.
